How much does it cost to subscribe to The 'Dear Viv' Letters series?

For Australian residents the cost is AUD $200 for 12 months.

For All Other overseas destinations the cost is AUD $240 for 12 months to cover additional postage.

How long is each letter in The 'Dear Viv' Letters series and what exactly do I get?

Each letter is approximately 6 pages (three A4-sized pages printed both sides).    Each month, the letter will be tucked inside a greeting card featuring my own hand-painted botanical artwork.  Something to keep or gift.

This is an annual subscription paid in full at the time of purchase.  The subscription lasts for one year (12 months)

How does it work?

You can subscribe at any time during the year.  Once you subscribe, I will start sending your letters from the date you purchase lasting for 12 months.  You will receive 12 letters in total.

Where are you located?

I am located in S.E. Queensland, Australia.  All letters are written and assembled by hand from my studio in Ocean View.  I also paint watercolour art and the cards you will receive feature my own botanical artwork.

Do you mail internationally?

Yes, I do.  Standard postage delivery rate is free within Australia.
International orders have an extra AUD $40 per subscription (12 months) to cover additional postage charges.  The prices are reflected at checkout.

Can I purchase The 'Dear Viv' Letters subscription as a gift for someone else? 

Absolutely you can. The ‘Dear Viv’ Letters is the perfect gift for someone who just doesn't need more ‘stuff’.

I will send you a PDF for you to download and print to explain that you have gifted them something special. When the first letter and printed prequel arrive in their letterbox, they will find enclosed, a letter from me, welcoming them and explaining that they have been gifted something special.  It also explains how the letter subscription works.

What do I do if I haven’t received my subscription letters?

I use Australia Post and mail times may vary.  Please allow up to two weeks within Australia and six weeks for overseas deliveries.  If you don’t receive your letter within these times, please email me at hello@thedearvivletters.com.

What if I changed my address and I forgot to tell you?

If this is the case and they don't arrive at your new address, please contact me and I will resend letters that you did not receive.

What if I need to cancel?

Your subscription is paid in full upon purchase.  However, I know life happens.  Please contact me and we can work on a solution.  If you feel that the letters are not hitting the spot for you after receiving and reading the third letter in the series, I will refund your outlay.
