ELIGIBILITY TO USE OUR SERVICE

To place an order with Kym Hughes Art, you must be aged 16 years or above, or have the billing authorization of a parent or guardian. Customers must provide necessary personal and delivery information as well as accurate payment details.
This information will always be handled in accordance with the Kym Hughes Art Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.

PRICING

All prices on our website are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

ORDERS AND SHIPPING

Orders can be placed directly through our website. We accept credit cards and PayPal.
If you wish to arrange payment via another method, such as bank transfer, please contact us directly at contact@kymhughesart.com.
Once payment has been successfully made, your order will be processed and confirmed via email. Please ensure that all details on your confirmation email are correct and notify us as soon as possible of any errors. Note that we cannot correct errors in your shipping address once orders have been sent, so please double-check your details.
We ship Australia-wide and internationally. If no one is available to accept delivery, our carrier may leave a pickup card at your address for collection at the designated post office.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We take great care when preparing your order for shipment. Once packaging has commenced, we cannot cancel orders. Please email us immediately if you wish to revise or cancel your order, and we will do our best to assist. We reserve the right to refuse cancellations at all times.

RETURNS POLICY

Please take care when selecting your items, as Kym Hughes Art does not allow refunds or exchanges simply for change of mind.
If your goods arrive damaged or faulty, please notify us within 7 days of receipt via email at hello@kymhughesart.com. Include proof of purchase (order number), details, and pictures of the damage. If the same product type and design is available, we will gladly replace your item free of charge. If not, a full refund will be issued via your original method of payment. Refunds may take up to 14 business days to process.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

We take care to ensure our art and products are described as accurately as possible on our website. However, minor variations in design or colour may occur due to differences in screen displays or the unique nature of handmade or printed artwork.

PRODUCT CARE AND SAFETY

Some artwork may include delicate or fragile components. Please handle all pieces with care and ensure that young children are not left unsupervised around items with small or detachable parts. Kym Hughes Art will not be held liable for damage or injury resulting from improper use or lack of supervision.

Occasionally, a product may become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to remove unavailable items from our store and cancel orders if necessary. Refunds will be provided for cancelled orders that have already been paid for.
